Salad bar suppers are a staple in the summer at our house – especially after farmers market visits. I basically set it up the salad bar with all the salad-y stuff: greens, veggies, fruits, proteins, toppers and a dynamite dressing or two. The combos are endless. Here are a few ideas to get your salad bar creative juices flowing!

A good dressing can take your salad from ho hum to FANTABULICIOUS! Once you make homemade dressing, you won't want to go back to bottled!

Nutrition intervention studies have linked good skin health with higher vegetable and fruit intake. Although there are several components in veggies and fruits that could be working together to give your skin a boost (e.g. vitamin C + vitamin E), vitamin C status is closely linked with veggie and fruit intake.
